When participants see a Zumba® class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning® raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
½ Zumba® Fitness & ½ Zumba Toning® – This class is ½ regular Zumba and ½ Zumba Toning for the ultimate workout in one hour!! The format will either be 30 minutes of each component or alternating components for a challenging interval workout. Official 1lb toning sticks supplied.
Zumba® Step - Ideal for those who are looking to feel the burn, baby! Looking to strengthen and tone your legs and glutes? Step right up. We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba® brings to the dance-floor. Zumba® Step increase cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs. (max. 20 participants per class, sign up online recommended)
Total Body Toning – This class is designed to give you a whole body workout while targeting those "problem areas" using a variety of different, challenging exercises and equipment (medicine balls, bands, bars and your own body weight). The only requirement is yourself, a mat and a willingness to sweat! Please bring a mat or you may rent one for $1.
FuZion Fridays We love to party so much that we're giving you a 1.5 hour Zumba class every Friday morning. What's different about FuZion Fridays though? Each week, we'll mix things up. Whether it's just a classic Zumba class, a theme party, or we decide to blend in another format that day (e.g. part Zumba and part Zumba Step), you're guaranteed to have a great time and an even better workout!
