Welcome to Studio FuZion. We are a fitness studio that specializes in rhythm-based workouts because we believe in making fitness fun! We are the #1 location in Kitchener-Waterloo for Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Pound classes and much more. We are a judgement-free studio with a welcoming community of licenced & experienced instructors as well as friendly members. We look forward to having you join us!

There are THREE ways to take our classes so whether you're joining us in-studio or online, we've got lots of options!
We have a maximum capacity of 10 class participants. Each participant will have a space of at least 9 feet to ensure their own safety, comfort, and room to move!
Online Livestream Classes
If space fills up in the studio class or you’re sticking with at-home workouts for now, join us online. We livestream our in-person classes so that you can still be there with us...virtually! Our livestream classes are offered through a high-quality broadcast video platform. No additional software or webcam/mic required. Just like the in-studio classes, booking window will open 72 hours prior and close 1 hour before class begins.
Pre-Recorded On Demand Classes
Any class. Any time. On demand. Yes, you read that correctly! If you have a monthly membership or a pre-paid month pass, you will be able to access our entire library of pre-recorded classes at any time of the day and as frequently as you want. New classes (Zumba, Zumba Toning, Strong, Pound, Stretch) will be added regularly to keep things fresh and exciting.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS (some classes may not be currently offered due to our reduced schedule)
Zumba - We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
Zumba Toning – Those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba Toning Sticks helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
Zumba Step - Ideal for those who are looking to feel the burn, baby! Looking to strengthen and tone your legs and glutes? Step right up. We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness party that only Zumba brings to the dance-floor. Zumba Step increase cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs.
Strong – Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. Strong combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
Pound - This is a cardio-jam session inspired by the sweat-dripping activity of drumming. Using lightly weighted Ripstix, you will be working through 4 movement spectrums (set, lunge, kit, T&A) all set to your favourite music. Unleash aggression, challenge your balance, flexibility, co-ordination, and endurance in this upbeat and rockin’ class.
Roll & Restore – This class uses a range of techniques such as myofascial release (using a foam roller or tennis ball), extended stretching and mindful meditation. You will experience reduced stress, increased flexibility, faster muscle recovery, decreased muscle injury and much more.
Zumba Kids - Zumba Kids classes are rockin', high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. These classes help develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements such as leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, balance, cultural awareness.

Coming to the studio for the first time:
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP AHEAD FOR CLASSES?
Yes, all classes require online registration. The booking window for each class opens 72 hours in advance and closes 1 hour before the class begins. We are not accepting walk-ins at this time.
DO YOU OFFER CLASSES FOR BEGINNERS?
All of our classes are built to accomodate all fitness levels. Our instructors provide different levels of intensity during the class so you can work at your own pace. If you have any questions or concerns, just speak with your instructor before the class.
MY SCHEDULE IS UNPREDICTABLE, DO I HAVE OPTIONS OTHER THAN A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?
